The students, teachers participants and volunteers of the Institute do not pay rent, mortgage, utility bill, or property tax. They are paid (even students) in the cryptocurrency known as goon coin. Those that don’t participate in the institution that live in Cipher City do not live for free…yet, compared to life outside of the city it is very little in cost less.
